Hard to say, but the information is not to sell books. Even Nostradamus predicted a large asteroid to hit the earth in 2012. There is a video about Planet X here: Linkage.
I dont want to believe it though, and in any case, I dont want to know until I have to.

How do you know Nostradamus wasn't doing it to sell books too? Man's gotta eat you know, 5 centuries ago or not 
Well... there is more signs that its there, but we dont know if it will hit earth. But nasa is not saying anything. However, from a nasa insider:

And I doubt that Nasa would tell the truth on something like that but that doesn't stop the many, many other people from seeing a giant planet cruising for earth. I mean if we can see the moon now at it's distance, even in the daytime, then I'm sure someone will noticed a planet in the sky.
I can see it now though. People are alerted that the end of the world is coming and whats the first thing they'll do? Riot and rob wal-mart of it's big screen tv's and beer of course.
Just because I post in this thread it becomes my theory? 
You see planet x (niburu) as the small glowing dot to the right of the sun there. There is no question that its going to pass our solar system. The only question is exactly when and how close to earth it will come. And its consequences, which of course depends on the distance to earth.

I know nothing about astronomy, so I just go after what people tell me on the net. There are many sites out there about this though. Google around and see what you find.

It also shows up on the nasa solar shots and so on.
